The Eagles re-signed LS Jon Dorenbos to a 4-year deal, but do need to bring someone to camp to challenge him.
According to this article, an Eagles scout was closely checking out Nebraska LS P.J. Mangieri at the Cornhuskers Pro Day. I can offer no insight on snappers. He did work with current Eagles kicker Alex Henery for parts of 2 seasons.
They say (Oregon player page) that a LB Eagles purportedly interested in, Michael Clay, started off as a Long Snapper. Also a top HS recruit, runs fast, and played a lot as a LB.
