RJF To Visit Indy

Ricky Jean-Francois is headed to visit Indianapolis.  He was in Philly all day long.  Can play DE or NT.  Nothing special, but the kind of solid, versatile DL that you want when running a hybrid defense.

    You said it, “nothing special”, so don’t let the door hit you on the way out. I think we have seen his ceiling as well so not enough upside for me. I thought he looked soft against the run and a non-factor rushing the passer from the interior line.

    It’s certainly not a significant lose for us, but I was hopeful we would sign him simply for the fact that it would fill a needed position, giving us more flexibility in the draft. Who are other options to put at the 5-tech DE spot in FA?
