The Eagles have a workout set up with Fresno State star Phillip Thomas. He led the nation in INTs with 8. He also had 4 FFs. Those are big time numbers at a position where playmakers are coveted. Thomas had 13 career picks. He has great hands and good ball skills.
Thomas played at the Senior Bowl and worked out at the Combine. The fact the Eagles want another workout does show serious interest. Thomas would be a target in the 3rd or 4th round.
